Guest Service Representative

As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to all guests who enter our doors. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until they depart. You will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, making this an exciting and diverse role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly.

- Check guests in and out, process payments, and make reservations accurately and efficiently.

- Provide guests with information about the local area, including attractions, dining options, and transportation services.

- Address and resolve any concerns or complaints from guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure all guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.

- Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operation of the front desk and guest services.

- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, event planning, and management to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in the hospitality industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively handle guest interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to handle cash and use computer systems for check-ins, reservations, and other front desk duties.

- Understanding of the local area and attractions to assist guests with recommendations and directions.

- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
