Guest Service Agent

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play an important role in shaping each guests experience from arrival to departure. This role is central to the front office experience, serving as a key point of contact for guests while helping ensure smooth communication across departments and a consistently high level of service.

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, personalized service throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest account inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and service recovery needs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to resolve guest concerns.
• Promote hotel services and maintain accurate guest records and communications.

• 1-2 years of hotel front desk or guest service experience, with the ability to handle guest check-in and check-out independently.
• Hands-on experience with Opera property management system and proficiency with standard office software.
• Professional English proficiency, with strong communication skills in a guest-facing environment.
• Experience resolving guest complaints directly with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments to support guest needs.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
