Job Description

As a Guest and Patient Relation Executive, you will be the vital link connecting patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals, ensuring their interactions are smooth, pleasant, and supportive. You will be stationed at the forefront of the healthcare facility, responsible for providing high-quality assistance and building rapport within the hospital community. Your role will involve managing and enhancing patient and guest satisfaction through structured support and communication, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and facilitating their overall experience. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and receive guests, patients, and visitors warmly as they arrive.
  • Provide precise and comprehensive information about hospital services and facilities.
  • Assist patients and visitors by addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to streamline patient admissions and discharges efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records and privacy by adhering to hospital policies and best practices.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Manage appointments and schedule follow-up consultations for patients and visitors.
  • Handle and resolve any complaints or issues raised by patients empathetically.
  • Provide support in emergency situations, ensuring quick and appropriate responses.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from patients and guests to improve service quality.
  • Support the development and implementation of patient satisfaction initiatives and programs.
  • Engage with community outreach programs to promote hospital services and outreach activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and patient management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing appointments and records.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
