Responsibilities

• Design visual content for digital and print media applications to meet project goals.

• Ensure all design work meets prescribed quality standards and branding guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and concepts.
• Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other designers to complete projects.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver work within tight deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding design revisions and updates.
• Stay current with design trends and software updates to enhance design processes.

• Implement feedback and iterate on designs to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Produce final assets that are print-ready or optimized for digital publishing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
• At least three years of professional graphic design experience necessary.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent visual communication skills with a strong portfolio to demonstrate abilities.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of current design trends, tools, and digital design techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
