Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for various digital and print media.
• Collaborate with marketing team to design marketing collateral and promotional assets.

• Design layouts and graphics for web pages, enhancing user experience.
• Produce and edit video content for online campaigns and promotions.
• Assist in the creation of branding and visual identity for new projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and standards of quality.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
• Work with external vendors for printing and production of designs.
• Review and provide feedback on design drafts from junior designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience required.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense in design execution.
