Job Description

WSP Middle East is looking for a motivated and forward‑thinking Emirati National Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi, UAE.

In this role, you will work alongside multidisciplinary engineering experts, contributing to innovative and sustainable design solutions across high‑profile projects in the region. Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers with technical tasks, basic calculations, data analysis, and preparation of documentation.
• Assist in project coordination, attending meetings, and contributing to project progress updates.
• Help develop drawings, models, and reports under guidance, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Follow established engineering standards, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate professionally.
• Engage in continuous learning, training, and development to build foundational engineering skills.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (higher GPA preferred).
• Previous internship experience within MEP/Building Services or a related engineering discipline is highly desirable.
• Strong interest in a multidisciplinary working environment, with a passion to learn, grow, and collaborate.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Emirati National with a family book (mandatory).
