Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Geotechnical Engineer to join our Piling Division. This position is suitable for a fresh graduate with a degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering who is interested in developing a career in piling, foundations, ground investigation, and geotechnical construction.

The successful candidate will support engineering and site activities, technical documentation, project coordination, and monitoring of piling and foundation works while gaining practical exposure to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the engineering team in planning and execution of piling and foundation works.
  • Assist with reviewing geotechnical reports, soil investigation data, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Support site teams in monitoring piling activities and ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Assist in reviewing pile installation records, test results, inspection reports, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders as required.
  • Assist with pile load testing, integrity testing, borehole investigations, and other geotechnical testing activities.
  • Monitor site progress and maintain accurate technical and project records.
  • Assist in preparing daily reports, technical submissions, method statements, and other project documentation.
  • Support the identification and reporting of technical issues or site conditions that may affect piling and foundation works.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and environmental procedures.
  • Participate in site inspections and technical meetings.
  • Perform other engineering duties related to piling and geotechnical works as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Arabic-speaking candidate preferred/required.
  • Strong interest in piling, foundations, and geotechnical engineering.
  • Basic understanding of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and construction principles.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on construction sites and learn through practical project exposure.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
