Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist at 15N25 plays a crucial role in providing a welcoming first impression to all visitors and clients. As the primary point of contact, the Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing incoming calls, coordinating meeting arrangements, and ensuring the efficient operation of the front office. Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and visitors as needed.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Support the management team with routine office management duties.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve them with attention to detail.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when inventory is low.
  • Ensure proper security protocols are followed by visitors and staff.
  • Collaborate with the facility management to address office maintenance needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for qualification.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Must demonstrate a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
