We are seeking a highly personable and multilingual Front Desk Agent fluent in Chinese to join our dynamic team at [Company Name]. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, ensuring exceptional first impressions upon arrival.
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel policies and amenities.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist Chinese-speaking guests with inquiries and recommendations.
  • Manage and confirm hotel reservations, both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maintain and update accurate guest information in the hotel's database.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for timely room availability.
  • Process guest payments and ensure accurate billing and financial transactions.
  • Operate the phone switchboard ensuring efficient call management and routing.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and actively seek feedback for improvements.
  • Ensure lobby and front desk areas are kept neat and professionally presented.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Chinese and English with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
