Responsibilities

• Create vibrant floral arrangements for weddings, events, and retail sale displays.
• Consult with clients to understand their specific floral arrangement needs.
• Manage and maintain the freshness and quality of floral inventory daily.
• Stay updated with floral design trends and innovate new arrangement ideas.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable flowers for various occasions and events.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor junior florists to improve their floral design skills and customer interaction.
• Take charge of wedding and event decoration setup and teardown, ensuring quality.
• Work within budgets to maximize profitability without compromising on quality.
• Manage retail shop displays to highlight seasonal offerings and floral trends.
• Organize workshops and events to engage with the local community and increase brand awareness.
• Handle customer queries and special requests with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Florist or a similar role in floral design.
• Excellent knowledge of flower species, care, and life spans.
• Strong creativity and the ability to create fresh floral design compositions.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality work under deadline pressures.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and digital customer transactions.
