Job Description

The Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for selling vehicles to corporate clients and managing fleet accounts. This includes developing relationships with fleet customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The individual will need to have strong communication and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential fleet customers.
  • Provide product information and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle fleet.
  • Build and maintain relationships with fleet customers to foster loyalty.
  • Negotiate sales prices and terms with fleet customers.
  • Develop customized fleet solutions based on customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new vehicle features.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve fleet sales targets.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote fleet services.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in fleet sales or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
