Job Description

The Finance Executive plays a crucial role within the financial department of an organization, focusing on financial planning, management, and analysis. Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations on financial planning and investment opportunities to senior management.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring meets financial standards and regulations.
  • Manage the treasury, including liquidity management and investments to optimize returns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial management with company objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends to forecast potential challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Support acquisition and merger activities by conducting due diligence and financial assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Proficient in financial software applications and advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proven strategic thinking capabilities and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
