Job Summary
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all field service operations related to heavy machinery across assigned locations within the UAE. The role involves managing and coordinating field service technicians to ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and on-site repairs while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Supervisor acts as a key link between customers, the workshop, parts department, and management to ensure smooth service delivery, optimal utilization of manpower and resources, and achievement of operational performance targets. The position also ensures compliance with company policies and UAE safety regulations while supporting continuous improvement in service efficiency and reliability.
