Job Description

As an Exhibition Stand Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and business development strategy for a growing company specializing in designing and constructing exhibition stands. You will be the front-line ambassador, representing our innovative solutions and stellar service to potential clients. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities and build relationships with businesses that require outstanding exhibition stands for trade shows and events. This position demands a blend of sales acumen, interpersonal skills, and an understanding of architectural design related to exhibitions. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that the solutions you propose are not only creative and functional but also align with the client's vision and budget. By joining our dynamic team, you will be integral to expanding our market reach and enhancing our brand reputation as a leading provider in the exhibition industry.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the exhibition stand market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and evolving industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create customized exhibition stand solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our services to clients and industry professionals.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote our services and uncover leads.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis for management review.
  • Handle any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about new products and competitive offerings in the exhibition market.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to assist in the development of new services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the exhibition or events industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical aspects of exhibition stands willingly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptability in handling a fast-paced work environment with varying challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
