Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Exhibition Stand Sales Executive to join our thriving sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling tailor-made exhibition stand solutions to a variety of clients, helping them to effectively showcase their brands at trade shows and events. You will work closely with our creative and production teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded through innovative design and flawless execution. As an Exhibition Stand Sales Executive, you will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, understand their exhibition goals, and present solutions that align with their vision and budget. A keen eye for design, impeccable communication skills, and a passion for sales are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads for exhibition stand sales opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide creative exhibition stand solutions accordingly.
  • Develop persuasive proposals and presentations to showcase stand designs effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to meet company revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams for project execution.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of exhibition stands to clients' satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools and systems.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote our services.
  • Gather and analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues related to exhibition stands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions.
  • Strong understanding of exhibition and trade show industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
