Job Description

As an Exhibition Stand Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and revenue growth for our company. Your primary responsibility is to identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills to showcase the value of our exhibition solutions to potential clients. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services that meet client expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries and attend exciting industry events.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for exhibition stand solutions.
  • Conduct market research to generate leads and connect with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure lucrative sales deals.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
  • Regularly update sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote our services.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Provide clients with post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, ideally within the exhibitions industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to attend industry events and client meetings.
