Job Description
The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and closing sales for the company's event services. They will identify potential clients, develop relationships, and provide tailored solutions to meet their event objectives. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event planning and execution while exceeding revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized event solutions.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Coordinate with event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain an updated database of clients and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event sales or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and cater to client's event requirements.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
