Job Description

As an Estimator at Plumsheep, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of our project bids. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyze project requirements and specifications to create detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with suppliers, production, subcontractors and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders within specified deadlines.
• Monitor and report on project costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any queries or concerns related to cost estimates and project budgets.
• Ensure all estimates and bids are accurate, thorough, and delivered on time.
  
  

• Proven experience as an Estimator in UAE within the furniture manufaturing or fit out industry.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
