Talentspoc is seeking a dedicated ENT specialist to join our healthcare team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat. We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing high-quality patient care and has a passion for improving the health and well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with various ENT disorders
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Perform surgical interventions when necessary, utilizing modern technologies and techniques
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about prevention and management of ENT conditions
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulations
• Stay updated with advancements in Otolaryngology and participate in continued education
  
  

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from a recognized medical school
• Completion of residency training in Otolaryngology/ENT
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology is preferred
• Current medical license to practice in Bahrain
• Clinical experience in an ENT practice setting, preferably 3+ years
• Proficiency in performing various ENT surgical procedures
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field
