Urgent requirement for Digital Banking & ATM Operations Specialist is required for our banking client in Sharjah ,UAE

  • Strong experience in end-to-end ATM management, upgrades, and compliance is Must
  • Strong experience in Internet/Mobile Banking integration and issue resolution.is Must
  • Strong experience in manage projects, vendors, and internal teams effectively is Must
  • Strong Banking Domain Is MUST
  • Provide day-to-day (BAU) operational support for ATM, CCDM, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking platforms.
  • Monitor digital channel availability, incidents, and performance to ensure service continuity.
  • Handle customer complaints and service requests related to digital channels and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with IT, Operations, Contact Centre, Branches, and external vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Support ATM and CCDM activities including monitoring, preventive maintenance, installations, relocations, and vendor follow-ups.
  • Assist with cash-related monitoring, reconciliation support, and regulatory / Central Bank reporting requirements.
  • Participate in UAT, SIT, regression testing, and post-implementation validation for digital channel enhancements and projects.
  • Prepare test cases, execute testing, log defects, and follow up with vendors and internal teams for fixes.
  • Support Core Banking and Digital Channel upgrade initiatives as outlined in the approved business case.
  • Maintain MIS, operational dashboards, and service quality reports for Digital Channels.
  • Support fraud monitoring, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide after-hours or standby support for critical digital channel incidents when required. Required Experience & Knowledge
  • Banking experience with exposure to Digital Channels (ATM, CCDM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking).
  • Good understanding of banking operations, customer service processes, and electronic channel support.
  • Hands-on experience in digital channel operations, incident management, and vendor coordination.
  • Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities is preferred. Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional operations qualification preferred.
  • Strong coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital banking systems.
