Now, we're revving up our team in the UAE and looking for talent ready to make our journey of progress their own. Buckle up — because the current pit stop is within the Refurbishment function, and we're hunting for a skilled Auto Denter ready to restore vehicles to showroom glory.

What would you do while you work with us?

• Get panels back in shape — remove dents, dings, and damage using traditional panel beating, dollies, hammers, and PDR techniques.
• Be the surgeon of the body shop — assess damage accurately and select the right repair method for every vehicle.
• Smooth things over — apply body filler, sand, and feather surfaces so they're ready for a flawless paint finish.
• Work at pit-stop pace — hit TAT targets without cutting corners on quality.
• Keep the handover clean — complete job cards accurately and coordinate smoothly with the paint team.
• Spot what others miss — flag hidden or additional damage during the repair process.
• Keep your bay race-ready — maintain a safe, organised, and clean workspace at all times.
  
  

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a panel beater or auto denter.
• Proficiency in both traditional panel beating and Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) techniques.
• Experience in a volume or used-car refurbishment workshop is a strong advantage.
• Vocational training or diploma in auto body repair or a related field — preferred.
• Sharp eye for surface quality and detail — you'll notice what the camera misses.
• Physically fit, team-oriented, and able to work under turnaround pressure without compromising standards.
• UAE driving licence — preferred.
