Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone promptly.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers as required.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining company standards and policies.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently and proficiently.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Assist in updating customer support knowledge base and training materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Proficient with computers and customer support software applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
