As a Customer Service Representative - Arabic Speaker, you will be the front-line ambassador for our esteemed company, handling various inquiries and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm. We are searching for a passionate individual who is fluent in both Arabic and English, able to navigate client communications across these languages seamlessly. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails effectively, providing timely solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant departments for further resolution.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and account updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Provide product and service information, answering detailed queries as needed.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of company products and services.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops aimed at improving customer service standards.
  • Engage proactively in team meetings to discuss updates and brainstorm solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information at all times.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned performance metrics and targets monthly.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential qualities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling complaints professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
