Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Arabic-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our Arabic-speaking customers, responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless experience across all interactions. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Arabic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document and manage customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Conduct feedback calls and surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Work closely with the sales team to assist in cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance service delivery and communication skills.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain service standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary and ensure follow-through.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience or related experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Empathy and patience in handling customer queries and resolving complaints.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and web applications.
