Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic customer support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Arabic-speaking clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as a critical link between the company and its customers, acting as the first point of contact and representing the company's commitment to providing high-quality service. You should have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your goal will be to ensure that all customer interactions are positive, timely, and effective, and that you contribute to the overall efficiency and improvement of customer support operations.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a positive and efficient manner.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer service database.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Follow established procedures to resolve customer questions and complaints.
  • Interact with other departments to ensure customer requests are handled smoothly.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Upsell additional products or services when appropriate and beneficial to the customer.
  • Assist in developing customer service protocols and training materials.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to our customer service processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints professionally.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and accuracy in data entry.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
