Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative 17N25. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, coupled with your knack for problem-solving, will be critical in helping us maintain and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer requests are handled swiftly and accurately. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, empathetic, and committed to providing top-notch customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Achieve and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and respond accordingly.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require managerial intervention.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies strictly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure during challenging situations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
