Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the correct methods.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies thoroughly.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges when necessary.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is critical.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are mandatory.
