We are looking for an analytical and results-driven Customer Acquisition Analyst to join our growth and marketing team. The Customer Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing and acquisition performance across multiple channels. This role plays a key part in helping the company attract new customers efficiently and scale user growth by leveraging data-driven insights and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate customer acquisition performance across channels such as paid search, social media, display, affiliates, and partnerships
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track KPIs including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), conversion rates, ROAS, and LTV (Lifetime Value)
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and data teams to design and measure experiments that drive customer acquisition and retention
Perform segmentation and cohort analysis to understand customer behaviors and acquisition quality
Provide actionable insights to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign performance
Support forecasting and budgeting for marketing spend and acquisition goals
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark company performance against industry standards
Assist in developing attribution models to measure multi-channel marketing effectiveness
Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Advanced degree preferred but not required
Experience
2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analysis, or performance marketing
Proven experience analyzing large data sets to identify trends and performance drivers
Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Skills
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
Understanding of key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics
Understanding of A/B testing, marketing mix modeling, or predictive analytics
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital products preferred
