Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced surgical procedures on pediatric and neonatal patients, including both elective and emergency surgeries
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans for young patients
• Provide expert consultation and guidance to medical teams regarding pediatric and neonatal surgical cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists, pediatricians, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Monitor patient recovery, manage post-operative care, and address any complications
• Educate and counsel families about surgical procedures, risks, and expected outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to healthcare policies and standards
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
  
  

• Medical degree with specialization in Pediatric and Neonatal Surgery from an accredited institution
• Board certification or equivalent qualifications in Pediatric Surgery and Neonatal Surgery
• Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah, UAE
• Extensive experience managing complex pediatric and neonatal surgical cases
• Strong clinical knowledge of neonatal physiology, pediatric surgical techniques, and postoperative care
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
