We are seeking a Consultant Emergency Medicine to join our dynamic team. You will lead the delivery of expert emergency care, manage complex and high-acuity cases, and contribute to the hospital’s mission of providing outstanding outcomes and patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced clinical leadership in the Emergency Department, ensuring timely, evidence-based care for critically ill and injured patients.
  • Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of emergency conditions, including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and pediatric emergencies.
  • Oversee resuscitation and stabilization of patients, coordinating multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with DOH/DHA standards, hospital protocols, and international best practices.
  • Mentor and supervise junior physicians, residents, and nursing staff; contribute to departmental education, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in disaster preparedness planning and emergency response protocols.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialist certification in Emergency Medicine.
  • Tier 1 Consultant status as per DOH PQR requirements (CCT, CCST, American Board, German Board, French Board, etc...).
  • Minimum of 5 years post-specialization experience in Emergency Medicine, preferably in a tertiary or trauma center.
  • Proven ability to lead in high-pressure environments, with a commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
