Responsibilities

  • Facilitate property viewings and promote suitable options to potential buyers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions and feedback records.
  • Coordinate client engagement activities and events to strengthen client relations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction levels and sales performance metrics.
  • Provide market insights and updates to clients to support decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer loyalty and retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards in all dealings.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and mediation to close successful deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or sales in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Adept at using CRM software and other relevant client management tools.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively.
