Cleaner

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting various surfaces.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked with required supplies.
• Disinfect high-touch areas to ensure the health and safety of staff and visitors.
• Clean and maintain common areas, break rooms, and conference rooms regularly.
• Follow a routine cleaning schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly and according to local policies.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, such as leaks or damages, promptly.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is needed.
• Operate and store cleaning equipment securely and in compliance with regulations.
• Support other team members during peak periods or special events as needed.
• Assist in the set-up and cleanup of events and meetings when necessary.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear as required while on duty.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently without supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure facility cleanliness and safety.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical tasks daily.
