Job Purpose

Ensures the smooth and successful completion of the cadets’ training program by supporting the overall program and the Success & Performance Department.

Creates a supportive environment for cadets by addressing their welfare and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Result Responsibilities

  • Supports the Success & Performance Manager and working as a deputy.
  • Provides a smooth, satisfactory, and efficient training journey to Cadets to improve their welfare.
  • Acts as a focal point for all cadet inquiries and administrative activities for a smooth training journey.
  • Facilitates communication between cadets and instructors.
  • Manages and maintains documentation, training records, and database of Cadets.
  • Updates the system with necessary data, expiry dates, and validations of licenses, medical cards, and other documents as required by the GCAA/CAA and for audit purposes.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to facilitate on-time training for Cadet Pilots; maintains and updates training reports in a systematic and confidential manner to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Provides budgeting report to finance and payroll for the cadets to Air Arabia Academy finance.
  • Organizes workshops or seminars on career development, leadership skills, and mental well-being.
  • Helps cadets set personal and professional goals.
  • Offers guidance and support to cadets on challenges related to adjusting to the program and others if applicable.
  • Collects feedback from cadets on their training experience.
  • Helps analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the program.
  • Facilitates licensing and certification processes for cadets.
  • Maintains sick leaves, duty roasters and enrolls cadets for courses on the Connect System.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

  • Minimum bachelor’s in business administration, or related field.
  • With 2+ years of experience in a similar role, handling similar tasks.

Work Experience

  • Familiar with the aviation industry
  • Understanding of pilot training programs, regulations, and curriculum
  • Budgeting & Finance Awareness; understanding of budgets and payroll procedures
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Proficiency in data management systems and generating reports
  • Ability to adapt to changing program needs, regulations, and unexpected situations
  • Demonstrates the ability to contribute to and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs
