We are seeking a talented and experienced Fuel Transfer Systems – Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies to promote our Fuel Transfer Systems to customers worldwide. You will combine your technical expertise with strong commercial and marketing skills to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to promote Fuel Transfer Systems across target industries.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and use insights to guide product positioning.

Prepare and manage marketing materials such as product brochures, datasheets, presentations, and website content.

Coordinate with engineering, sales, and product teams to support product development and new launches.

Support sales activities by providing technical input, delivering product presentations, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence.

Track marketing and business performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive growth and improve results.

Stay informed about industry standards, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to Fuel Transfer Systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development or marketing of engineering/industrial products, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of fuel transfer systems, fuel tanks, and related components.
  • Arabic nationality preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value.
  • Strong strategic thinking and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing tools, and standard business software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
