Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with proven experience in project sales for joinery and furniture. The role requires a strong network within the construction and hospitality sectors, and the ability to identify, negotiate, and close opportunities from design to execution.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies for custom joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and loose furniture projects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, consultants, and developers.

  • Prepare quotations, project proposals, and presentations in coordination with the design and estimation teams.

  • Follow up on leads, site visits, and client meetings to ensure successful project conversion.

  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in residential and hospitality sectors.

  • Coordinate closely with the Design, Production, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability and client trust.








  • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in joinery, interiors, and/or loose furniture sales within the UAE.

  • Strong technical understanding of joinery products, finishes, and production processes.

  • Proven ability to manage design presentations, quotations, and contract negotiations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • UAE driving license required.
