Job Description

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in the growth and development of a company. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with current clients, and developing marketing strategies to expand the company's reach and influence. Responsibilities

  • Participate in networking events and conferences to promote brand awareness.
  • Report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business management tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing high-value deals successfully.
