Job Description

The Business Development Executive is a critical role within an organization, focused on generating new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Develop strategic plans to drive growth in emerging markets and sectors.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build contacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize CRM software to track performance and manage client relationships effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite essential.
