Job Description

A Business Development Executive is a crucial player in a company, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. They drive growth by engaging potential clients, building relationships, and working closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies that expand the company’s reach and increase revenues. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to build networks and generate new leads.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and track these through the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Report regularly to senior management on business development activities and performance.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis to assess the company’s competitive position within the market.
  • Ensure CRM systems are kept up-to-date with the most current client information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with confidence.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiation and closing deals.
