Job Description

A Business Development Executive is a pivotal role in any organization, responsible for driving business growth and expanding the company's reach. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with prospective clients, and strategizing effective ways to secure profitable contracts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or a similar role, preferable.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills with proven relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required for client interactions.
  • Ability to understand and analyze market trends and industrial shifts.
  • Experience with CRM software and familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the capability to close deals successfully.
  • Skillful at managing time effectively and working toward tight deadlines.
