Job Description

The Business Development Executive is a critical role in driving a company's growth and expansion in the market. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships for ongoing business growth.
  • Collaborate with management to align sales and business development strategies.
  • Present and promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine client needs and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients to secure beneficial terms.
  • Manage forecasts and report on revenues and new business development activities.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business landscape and competitor activities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales processes, client communications, and deal closures.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills imperative for this role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset crucial.
