The Business Development Associate is a vital member of the sales and marketing team, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven ability to handle objections, close sales, and achieve targets.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage leads and customer accounts efficiently.
