Job Description

As a Banking Sales Executive, your primary role is to drive the growth of financial products and services offered by the bank to individual and corporate clients. This position involves understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance the financial health of clients while achieving the bank's sales objectives. You will be part of a dynamic sales team, working in a competitive and goal-driven environment. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate the value of banking products will be crucial to your success. You should be equipped with extensive knowledge of banking products and stay updated on industry trends to provide the best financial advice to customers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs to ensure the correct banking solutions are suggested.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and strategic business objectives consistently.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with different departments to fulfill client requirements effectively.
  • Stay updated with banking products and regulatory changes to advise clients accurately.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product offerings.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and client referrals.
  • Generate reports to track sales activities and performance metrics regularly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a robust database of clients and leads for sales reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking or financial sales is required.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, and the financial market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
