Now, we’re revving up our team in the UAE and looking for talent ready to make our journey of progress their own. Buckle up, because the current pit stop is within the Refurbishment function as a Warranty Associate.

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

• Take end-to-end ownership of warranty complaints received through the portal, ensuring every case is followed through to resolution.
• Reach out to customers, understand their concerns, and determine the most appropriate way to resolve the issue.
• Educate customers on warranty coverage, vehicle concerns, and next steps wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange an inspection at their location when required.
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles to the workshop when a physical inspection or repair is necessary.
• Manage all follow-ups independently and ensure no case is left pending or unattended.
• Work closely with relevant internal teams and workshops to ensure cases are resolved within the required timelines.
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing workshop environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong practical automotive knowledge.
• Good proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• UAE automotive experience is a plus.
