The role of an Assistant Sales Manager is pivotal in driving the sales strategies and execution plans of a business. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence team and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and suggest actionable insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for reporting and analysis.
