Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Marketing Manager to support our retail marketing initiatives across multiple product categories. The role involves planning and executing campaigns, managing digital and offline channels, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and driving customer engagement to boost sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities across retail segments.
• Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email, online ads) and offline campaigns (in-store promotions, events, collaterals).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and track campaign performance.
• Assist in content creation and ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
• Monitor marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or multi-category businesses.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, retail campaigns, and brand promotion.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools; knowledge of CRM or marketing automation is a plus.
