Job Description

The Assistant Manager - Planning plays a crucial role in assisting the planning manager by executing strategic plans, ensuring the efficient use of company resources, and contributing to the optimization of operations. This position is vital for the seamless execution of project activities by coordinating across different departments and providing essential support to senior management. As an Assistant Manager - Planning, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, preparing reports, and analyzing performance data to improve processes. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in planning or a similar role in a relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software and analytical tools such as MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management processes.
