Assistant Manager Credit Control

The consulting firm is hiring an Assistant Manager – Credit Control based in Sharjah, UAE. This role carries responsibility for credit risk management, collections performance, and receivables oversight within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess credit risk and set appropriate customer credit limits.
• Manage collections activity, monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and oversee accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with Sales and company teams to support business growth objectives.
• Produce credit reporting, ensure compliance, and maintain ERP-based controls.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in credit control or receivables management within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and assess credit exposure.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor\\\'s degree in company, Accounting, or Business.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems in a credit or company function.
  
  

Compensation

• AED 15,000–18,000 per month, plus benefits.
