The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all Food & Beverage outlets within an establishment. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to uphold high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in planning and executing daily operations.
• Supervise and support the F&B team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery.
• Train new staff members on service standards and operating procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in managing budgets and expenses.
• Conduct staff meetings to communicate updates and receive feedback.
• Develop promotional events to enhance sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling of staff to optimize productivity and manage labor costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and management practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills required for this role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
