Job Description

Meraki Group is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager who leads accounting operations, manages a small team, and handles internal controls.

Leadership & Corporate Reporting

Team Management: Directs and guides a team of 3 accountants.
Corporate Communication: Reports financial updates directly to corporate headquarters.

Financial Operations & Planning

MIS Preparation: Builds Management Information Systems reports to track business performance.
Cash Flow & Funding: Plans cash flow and manages daily funding needs.
Collections: Tracks receivables and follows up for timely payments.

Controls & Business Support

Audit Management: Handles internal and external audits.
Inventory Checks: Performs internal checks on stores and stock.
Team Support: Assists both the production and commercial departments with daily financial needs.

Previous experience in managing a team of 3-4
5-6 years of relevant experience
ACCA, CA or CA inter preferred
Currently holding the title of Assistant Manager or equivalent
