ATI is looking for a full-time ARCHITECT to join its Studio.

The Role

As an Architect, you will assume responsibility for providing innovative conceptual designs that adhere to the client brief and to all applicable UAE regulations. You should be well organized, creative, have good presentation skills and a good understanding of the design to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative ideas and prepare design proposals that align with the client’s brief and requirements.
• Develop innovative and compliant conceptual designs from space planning, facade design to 3D renders that align with the client’s brief and requirements.
• Prepare presentations and concept design reports in coordination with the team.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to meet project deadlines.
• Develop creative and sustainable building and master plan concepts for diverse project types.
• Create high-quality architectural renderings.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor and preferably Post Graduate Degree in Architecture.
• 8+ Years’ experience within a high-profile design consultancy; in the design and delivery of complex projects covering a variety of typologies from medium to large scale. (preferably to include master plan, high-rise mixed-use, residential, commercial, hotels, and education buildings)
• Proficiency in design software (Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop preferred).
• 3D visualization skills are required.
• Ability to prepare concept design presentations and reports.
• Sound knowledge of relevant international building codes, standards, and practices.
• Sound knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
